Qualifications, Experience, and Training: * UK-based construction/house-building experience. * NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate. * Five years’ experience in a similar role (desirable). * Excellent IT skills. * UK driving licence. Personal Attributes: * A dedicated focus on improving Health & Safety practices on-site. * Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with both workforce and management. * The capability to quickly produce detailed, informative reports. * Strong skills in time management and diary organisation. * Readiness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
