Business Development Executive (OOH), Non-Alcoholic Drinks Brand, London, Up to £40,000 plus bonus
I am very excited to be representing an established and growing Non-Alcoholic drinks brand who are looking to expand their commercial team. This business is currently tracking double digit growth, has a vast number of accreditations and continually aim to develop their team.
As the business development executive you will be the feet on the ground within the OOH sector across London. This role will focus on driving brand awareness across delis, cafes, corporate ventures and the wider OOH channel. These guys work with Sodexo, Baxterstory and Compass – along with regional foodservice.

Business Development Executive role includes:
7. Support the Commercial and Sales team in identifying and approaching new OOH customers.
8. Help build and maintain relationships with pubs, bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues
9. Assist in executing the sales strategy across the On Trade sector
10. Work closely with route-to-market partners, wholesalers, and distributors
11. Attend trade shows, tastings, and customer meetings to showcase the brand
12. Provide admin and CRM support including tracking leads, opportunities, and account updates
13. Assist with customer onboarding and after-sales support
14. Help deliver brand activation campaigns and in-venue support where required
The ideal Business Development Executive candidate:
15. Passionate about the drinks, food, or hospitality industry
16. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
17. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn – understanding of the OOH sector.
18. Comfortable speaking to new people and representing a brand
19. Some experience in hospitality or sales (not essential, but a plus)
20. Organised and detail-oriented with good communication skills
21. Based in London with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings and events
