Key Responsibilities
1. Support the day-to-day care, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people in a residential setting.
2. Build trusted, meaningful relationships through consistent care and emotional support.
3. Assist in the delivery of personalised therapeutic plans in line with each childs unique needs.
