About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager and Processing Director, the HR Advisor will support the effective delivery of all HR functions within the processing site, with occasional support across sales and farming operations. The role has a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding, alongside generalist HR responsibilities including employee relations, compliance and training coordination. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding and agency relationships * Partner with line managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions * Coordinate induction programmes to support smooth integration of new hires * Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees * Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation * Assist with grievance, disciplinary and performance management processes * Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health & safety regulations and internal policies * Support training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability...
