Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Project Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across a diverse range of automotive and HGV safety products. This hands‑on role is ideal for a self‑starter who can work independently, identify new opportunities, and manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business through field sales and client visits, including canvassing industrial estates
* Promote and upsell vehicle safety, security, and electrical products to commercial and private clients
* Manage project timelines and coordinate with technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify market trends and propose innovative product or service offerings
* Support team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment
* Deliver consistently professional customer service, both in‑person and online
* Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies to support sales growth
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in automotive, HGV, or related sectors
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Computer literate and comfortable using sales management tools
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
