Paralegal (6 Month FTC) – Financial Services / Energy Transition

We’re working with a growing group of businesses operating across the energy and financial services space, looking to bring in a Paralegal on an initial 6-month FTC.
This is a hands-on, broad role supporting multiple entities within the group. The team is lean, so they need someone practical who’s happy getting stuck into a mix of legal admin, company secretarial work, and general support.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting on day-to-day legal admin across the group
* Assisting with company secretarial tasks across multiple entities
* Helping keep legal documentation organised and up to date
* Supporting on ad hoc legal and project-based work
* Acting as a general “go-to” support for the legal function
What they’re looking for:
* Previous legal experience - ideally in house
* Someone who’s comfortable with admin and co-sec responsibilities
* A proactive, organised all-rounder who can work with minimal supervision
* Happy working across multiple businesses and priorities
The setup:
* Reporting into a senior member of the legal team
* Covering a range of junior-level work that still needs consistent ownership
