Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Hardware Support: Diagnosing and resolving faults with desktops, laptops, printers, and interactive whiteboards (IWBs/projectors).
* Software Management: Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and educational software across the school network.
* User Support: Providing first and second-line technical support to staff and students, logging and escalating issues where necessary.
* Network Assistance: Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of network connectivity and user accounts.
