Responsibilities
* Support the HR function in maintaining an outstanding quality of teaching and learning through effective staffing.
* Assist with payroll data entry and the coordination of staff induction programmes.
* Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to the highest standards of safer recruitment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional and inclusive environment.
* Support a dedicated member of the SLT with staff wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong administrative background with an interest in Human Resources.
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
* Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary Range: £28,000 – £33,000 (negotiable for the right candidate).
