Description The National Academy scouting team is responsible for identifying and monitoring players either from grassroots or other Academies in national regions. They will complete reports on players and share information with other Academy staff to develop a range of player intelligence across the local area. There is a particular interest for us to recruit within the following teams: - Grassroots – Midlands - Academy- Midlands Requirements The Casual Academy Scout (Midlands) must have: • Knowledge and networks within the local area they scout. • Previous experience scouting for another Academy (Cat 1, 2 or 3) • FA Talent ID Level 2 • FA Safeguarding Ideally, the Casual Academy Scout (Midlands) will: • Previous experience scouting for another Cat 1 Academy. • FA Level 2 Coaching • Full Driver’s License
