Based in our depot, the Hire Controller plays a vital role on the front line of sales and customer service. Building relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from taking orders to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis, the role is desk-based, working closely with other departments, stock teams, drivers, and engineers to minimize delays and fulfill customer requirements efficiently.

* Previous experience in the hire industry or a similar sales or operational role
