Responsibilities
* Provide professional quality administrative services for the organisation.
* Maintain spreadsheets and record data accurately.
* Take minutes/notetake as required.
* Meet specific and challenging deadlines and follow set procedures while handling diverse workloads.
* Utilise a variety of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Be flexible to meet changing service requirements, remain calm under pressure, and commit to meeting customer needs.
* Support with confidentiality and office best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience working in an office setting with an understanding of confidentiality.
* Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Ability to take minutes and notes.
* Expectation to meet deadlines and follow procedures.
* Must have Enhanced DBS.
