About the Role:
* Teach resistant materials across a range of key stages (please specify which on your website)
* Develop engaging and practical lessons that cover a variety of resistant materials and techniques
* Motivate and inspire students to explore their creativity and develop their problem-solving skills
* Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in the resistant materials workshop
* Contribute to the wider department and school community
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified Resistant Materials Teacher (PGCE, DTLLS or equivalent)
* Proven experience in teaching resistant materials at a secondary level
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* A passion for design and technology, and the ability to share your enthusiasm with students
* A commitment to health and safety practices in the workshop
