We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Potters Bar. The successful candidate must ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in Estate Agency sales with valuing. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £25,000 - £27,000 OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Will offer guarantee Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9.30am - 3pm on a rota with a day back in the week 5 day working week Excellent training and progression plan to become a Manager Increased holiday after 2 years of service Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Always delivering exceptional customer service Meeting with clients Valuations Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone Promoting properties via different mediums Key Skills: A minimum of 5 years ' experience in Estate Agency sales Must have a full understanding of the sales process Be able to demonstrate longevity Local area knowledge (preferred) Valuing experience High level of customer service skills The desire to work well in a team a be a team payer Strong organisational and motivational skills Excellent telephone manner and very well presented Drive, hunger and ambition for success The ability to work well within a fast paced environment Be able to inspire and lead others Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a well-established, leading, independent estate agency with a strong presence across Hertfordshire and North London, known for its modern approach and high level of customer service.
