Bank Day and Night Senior Care Assistants at Bush House are responsible for leading shifts and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with individual care plans, company policies, and regulatory standards. In addition to providing hands-on personal care, Senior Carers oversee the daily allocation of duties, support and supervise care staff, conduct handovers, and act as the first point of contact in the absence of management. They are responsible for accurate documentation, medication administration (where trained and authorised), monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, escalating concerns appropriately, and ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Day Seniors coordinate daily routines and activities, liaise with families and professionals, while Night Seniors lead overnight operations, complete welfare checks, manage incidents, and maintain a calm, safe environment throughout the shift.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
