Role and Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Provide PPA cover and targeted interventions
* Support classroom teachers and lead small group activities
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and routines
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Confident covering whole-class teaching when required
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable
