Our client based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for on a Temp to Perm basis.
Job Purpose
The Production Operative is responsible for supporting the manufacturing or production processes by operating air guns, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production tools or equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Assemble and pack products as per company specifications and customer requirements.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Report any faults or issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Monitor production levels and notify supervisors of any discrepancies or delays.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output and waste levels.Key Skills and Competencies
Attention to detail and focus on quality control.
Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
Ability to operate tools safely.
Good communication skills to report issues and work effectively in a team.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet production targets.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hours of work
8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Pay
£12.71 holiday accrued or £14.24 holiday paid.
