The Role
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads with presence, care, and clarity. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about people, service, and creating an environment where both guests and team members thrive.
You will take ownership of the daily operation, ensuring that every detail reflects our standards, while building a strong, motivated, and engaged team. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, culture, and consistency.

Who Were Looking For
You are someone who:
Has experience as a Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant General Manager ready to step up
Leads through people, culture, and example not hierarchy
Is confident, present, and leads from the floor
Is passionate about coaching, developing, and inspiring teams
Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment while remaining calm and approachable
Has excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences
Is commercially aware and understands how people drive performance
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation with confidence and consistency
Drive a positive, high-performing team culture
Be highly present on the floor, delivering and elevating guest experience
Ensure service standards and brand values are upheld at all times
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development
Manage rotas, labour cost, and operational efficiency
Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership to ensure seamless service
Support business performance through strong leadership and attention to detail
