Salary: £25,500 - 27,500 per year Requirements: Experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, ideally in the Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience and knowledge of maintaining and installing EPoS equipment. PC literate, proficient with the entire MS Office suite, and possess the aptitude to quickly learn new software packages. A full UK driver’s license is essential due to the nature of this role. Responsibilities: Attend customer sites to ensure that allocated calls are handled professionally and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely manner. Repair, service, and install various IT hardware and EPoS systems. Conduct planned and regular maintenance of all on-site equipment. Provide support and training to customers as required.
