Hourly Pay: £13.81 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time
Work hours: On Call Evenings, Monday - Sunday: 17:00-23:00, with 2 weeks' notice of shift
Responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound customer calls and resolving complex inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service and driving brand loyalty
* Working as part of a team to meet performance targets
* Participating in four weeks of comprehensive training
About You:
* Desire to deliver first-class customer service
* Ownership of performance and continuous improvement
* Engaging with customers and colleagues positively
* Experience interpreting customer questions
* Proficiency with computers
Work from home approach: Minimum of first 3 months onsite, with flexible options discussed with your leader
