We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 6 registered nurse to the post of Enhanced Care Practitioner, to manage and support our team of health care support workers as part of our Enhanced Care Team, who provide 1:1 support and meaningful activity/intervention for in-patients who have enhanced care needs. This includes patients who require specialist mental health support while receiving care in the acute general hospital environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop and progress their management skills.

Communicate effectively, motivating and supporting multidisciplinary team members in situations they may be sensitive and complex in nature, always maintaining patient confidentiality.
