You’ll be a key member of the team who embodies our values and assists management in the successful running of the Bar operation. Your role will include a variety of duties and responsibilities. You’ll have complete knowledge of all parts of the Bar service, procedures, food knowledge, hygiene and how to provide excellent customer service. WHAT DO I NEED? The ideal candidate will have: Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Passion for excellent customer service and creating best in class hospitality experiences. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till. Knowledge of exeptional Cocktail making Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar area for events or busy periods. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A valid personal licence or willingness to obtain one is advantageous. Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation is a plus. Consistently providing excellent and attentive customer service. Supporting your line manager with guiding, delegating, and considerately leading the FOH team. Leading efficient opening and closing procedures and mise en place. Having high standards of F&B knowledge.
