Job Mission / Responsibilities
* Deliver major engineering programmes across the nuclear lifecycle.
* Lead strategic engineering bids and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
* Manage capability development across engineering and technical disciplines.
* Drive governance, quality compliance and SQEP competence.
* Represent Assystem in joint ventures and integrated client teams.
* Shape pursuit strategies and oversee programme delivery outcomes.
* Build trusted client relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
* Support project compliance.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven engineering leadership in nuclear.
* Track record in engineering project and stakeholder management.
* Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks.
* Ability to lead teams in complex, regulated environments.
* Degree-qualified in engineering (or equivalent).
* Experience in performance management and people development.
* Comfortable working in consortia and JV settings.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and risk/change control.
* Major bid or pursuit leadership experience.
* Understanding of Owners/Architect Engineer services.
