Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of vendor-supported project controls managers and quantity surveyors across multiple projects in the EMEA region.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to provide high-level insights into project performance.
* Lead the development and implementation of robust cost management strategies, aligning with business maturity and financial goals.
* Oversee program-level schedule and risk management to mitigate potential issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Utilize and maintain proficiency in program-level cost and budget management software, including

Ecosis
, or
SAP
.
Requirements:
* A minimum of
5 years of relevant experience
in a project controls, cost management, or quantity surveying role within the
construction industry
.
* Proven expertise in program-level cost and budget management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on extensive data sets.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and overseeing teams or vendors.
* Candidates with transferable skills from sectors such as oil and gas or infrastructure are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in English is required.
