HR business partner - employee relations specialist Posting Start Date: 11/24/25 Job Description: Job Overview The HR Business Partner serves as key member of our Hastings, England site with a key focus on employee relations you will provide strategic partnership, leadership and counsel for our business leaders. With a deep understanding of the business objectives you will be able to translate site strategies into people goals and drive the execution in close partnership with the broader Aerospace, Defense & Marine HR team. Your new role: - Promote a safe compliant and productive work environment, reinforcing TE's "All In on Safety" culture. - Partner with the HR Business Partner to support employee engagement initiatives and manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for site-level talent. - Work closely with mid-level managers to identify workforce challenges, analyze trends, and implement targeted HR solutions that support business priorities. - Understand business cycles and talent requirements to develop proactive people strategies that strengthen capability, retention, and workforce flexibility. - Contribute to Business Unit talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives, providing support on organization design and site-wide HR programs. - Collaborate with HR Solutions and Centers of Excellence to ensure smooth, accurate delivery of core HR services and processes. - Lead the management of employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and developing lasting solutions that promote fair and consistent practices. - Support continuous improvement of the HR operating model to enhance service delivery and align HR performance with site growth goals. - Foster a positive, inclusive workforce culture that supports employee satisfaction and productivity. - Apply Six Sigma tools and methodologies to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen service quality. - Develop and execute change-management plans, timelines, and communications to ensure successful rollout and adoption of key initiatives. - Coach and guide leaders through HR processes, workforce challenges, and organizational changes to strengthen leadership effectiveness. - Champion HR programs, talent processes, and the annual HR calendar at the plant level, ensuring alignment with corporate and BU guidelines.
