To provide daily repair, preventative maintenance, and asset management of medical devices within various hospital locations whilst ensuring outstanding customer support and building long term relationship. As the Biomedical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines
2. Support the site manager / team leader as required and in achieving contractual KPI's.
3. Complete repairs as required on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines
4. Complete all associated administrative work in completing repairs and preventative maintenance as outlined in Althea procedures.
5. Support customers whenever needed to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the hospital.
6. Complete associated admin needed to close repairs and PMs as outlined Standard Operating Procedures
