We are now expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our reach and impact in the financial services and debt management space.

�� Location: Nottinghamshire (1 day per month on-site)
�� Salary: Up to £80, + £25, Commission
�� Sector: Financial Services | Debt Management | Data Solutions

Your Role: Driving Growth Through Strategic Solution Selling

You’ll lead the charge in identifying new opportunities and forming strong relationships with clients who need better ways to manage debt, reduce risk, and enhance financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
9. Identify new business opportunities across financial services, debt recovery, and data-driven markets
10. Understand client challenges and tailor solution-focused proposals
11. Build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
12. Deliver compelling pitches and demos focused on impact and ROI
13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success post-sale
14. Stay ahead of industry, regulatory, and technology trends
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
15. Has a consultative sales approach with experience in financial services or Debt Management
16. Understands the pain points in debt management, risk, and compliance
17. Is motivated by solving problems, not just hitting numbers
18. Can communicate complex tech or data propositions in simple terms
19. Is commercially astute, proactive, and relationship-driven
