Senior Change Manager
As Senior Change Manager at Taylor Wessing, you will play a pivotal role in building and embedding a Change Management function that underpins the firm's strategic ambitions. You will lead a team of Change Managers and work closely with senior leaders to deliver change that sticks, with a focus on transatlantic firm integration and the behavioural adoption of AI across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and embed a best‑practice change management approach across the firm, aligned to recognised standards and ways of working.
* Partner with senior leaders as a trusted adviser on the people impacts of transformation and effective change delivery.
* Oversee change across a portfolio of complex initiatives, ensuring joined‑up, prioritised, and outcome‑focused delivery.
* Support operational and cultural integration across transatlantic teams, processes, and systems, including AI adoption.
* Work closely with programme and project managers to fully integrate change activity into delivery plans.
* Line‑manage and develop a small team of Change Managers, setting clear priorities and ensuring consistently high‑quality practice.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation, addressing resistance early.
Qualifications
* Significant experience leading change in complex, professional services or matrixed organisations (law firm experience desirable).
* Experience establishing or maturing a change management function.
* Working knowledge of Prosci change management methodology, and experience applying it pragmatically in delivery environments.
* Experience managing and developing change professionals.
* Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including partners and executives.
* Experience working alongside formal project delivery approaches (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
* Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a practical, outcomes‑focused mindset.
* Interest in or experience of technology‑enabled change, particularly AI and digital adoption.
