The Role
We're now hiring Skilled Factory Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing environment. As a Factory Operative, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. Your role will involve utilising your experience and analytical skills to support project management and contract compliance. Strong communication skills will be essential for collaborating with team members and contributing to business development initiatives. You'll play a key role in assembling, inspecting, and preparing our premium kitchens for delivery - ensuring every cabinet meets our legacy of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality & Precision: Inspect, assemble, and finish kitchen cabinets to our exacting standards.
* Operate machinery and equipment in the factory to ensure efficient production processes.
* Pack and prepare kitchen cabinets accurately for dispatch.
* Work across departments (Assembly, Goods In, Production) as needed.
* Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
* Strictly follow health & safety guidelines and equipment protocols.
* Support process optimisations and maintain a tidy workspace
Eligibility Criteria:
* Strong organisational and proven time management skills
* Committed to maintaining high standards
* Proven experience in workshop or relevant experience working in similar bench joinery environment
* Proven ability to interpret and work from technical drawings
* Previous Joinery experience an advantage
