*The Role*
The primary purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with the wider chef team to create a culture of excellence in both food quality and service. You will help deliver inspirational customer experiences while maintaining exemplary food safety and hygiene standards.
You will:
* Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in daily operations
* Lead the kitchen brigade in the absence of senior chefs
* Assist in developing seasonal menus and creative specials
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, seasonal food
* Oversee food preparation and presentation standards
* Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and maintain efficient stock control
* Support training and development within the kitchen team
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene compliance

* Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week
* Primarily daytime shifts
* Occasional early evening finishes during exceptionally busy periods
* Weekend and Bank Holiday working required
