As an Alternative Provision Teacher, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the school to develop tailored teaching strategies and interventions that meet the unique needs of each student. The successful candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning A strong commitment to inclusive education and supporting diverse needs In return for your dedication and expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of £30-£35 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
