The Glasgow School for Business and Society (GSBS) and its Department of Finance, Accounting, and Risk (FAR) seek to appoint a Lecturer in Accounting. The successful candidate will teach and manage modules at undergraduate, postgraduate, and graduate apprenticeship levels, take on module leadership, and contribute to curriculum development informed by scholarly research.

We welcome applications from individuals who will enhance our accountancy teaching and reputation. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in higher education or the professional community, with expertise in financial, management, or public sector accounting. A higher education teaching qualification and/or Fellow status with AdvanceHE are desirable. Industry experience is advantageous and may suit candidates with extensive industry backgrounds demonstrating teaching and research potential.
