Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a relevant childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare)
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and best practices
* Is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives
* Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Is patient, caring, and proactive in meeting children’s needs
* Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development
