Brief Description
We are searching for an HRBP Support who is organised, driven, people‑focused and confident. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to grow your career in HR, this 12‑month contract could be the role for you.
Location and Travel
The role is based in Manchester Square One but requires travel across the North West route (Crewe to Carlisle and Barrow) 2–3 days per week.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting HRBPs with casework, reports, and project administration.
* Being a go‑to person for managers with HR questions.
* Delivering engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion activities.
* Keeping HR systems and records up to date.
* Pitching in wherever needed to provide excellent service.
What are we looking for?
* Friendly, approachable, and keen to learn.
* Great communication skills – we love to chat with our clients.
* HR experience or knowledge is a plus; transferable skills accepted.
* Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Comfortable working with data and analytics.
* Willing to support training and development sessions and present to groups.

* Strong customer service skills.
* Experience working within a large, complex, fast‑moving organisation.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation; ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Resilience, adaptability and flexibility.
* IT literacy; strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge.
* Event coordination and facilitation experience.
* Research and analytical skills.
* Strong relationship building skills.
* Experience supporting delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
