What you’ll be doing as Learning and Development Coordinator: This position plays a key role in ensuring our learning and development system runs smoothly. You’ll be at the centre of how learning happens at Wrigleys. Key duties and responsibilities: Keep our learning platform up to date. Coordinate training sessions. Respond to queries in shared inboxes and help colleagues with training questions. Maintain learning materials so resources are clear, current, and easy to find. Work with external training providers to arrange sessions and manage bookings or memberships. Collect feedback through surveys and help us improve our learning offer. Keep training records accurate and support with reporting when needed. Share updates on Teams and SharePoint and make sure calendars are always up to date. Support the firm’s induction programme to ensure a great experience for new starters. What we’re looking for in a Learning and Development Coordinator: You will have strong organisational skills and good attention to detail. Previous experience managing admin, events, or schedules. Clear written communication and a professional approach when working with colleagues and external providers. Able to communicate with colleagues and external suppliers in person, by phone, and email. Proficient in Microsoft applications. IT literate and able to learn new systems quickly and follow agreed processes.
