Your role and responsibilities Your Role and Responsibilities * Lead the growth agenda of large international accounts within the CPG industry with focus on defining and executing account strategy, sales and delivery of consulting and application services, as well as enhancing and owning client relationships on all levels. * Establish and take an essential role in the dialogue of effective customer partnerships through senior executive contacts/networking. * Maintain alignment with client's business strategy, drivers, and goals. * Ensure that the solutioning of client engagement enhances the customer's competitive advantage, whilst meeting profit and quality targets for IBM. * Supporting the continuous refinement of IBM's services, including internal and external marketing, maturation/training of methods, tools, and points of view, as well as integration with IBM's other services and products for synergistic value. Required technical and professional expertise Required Professional and Technical Expertise * End-to-end sales and delivery responsibility for large SAP transformation projects * Extensive experience of the CPG industry with a deep understanding of CPG industry processes * Lead the client pursuit process within large accounts on C-level, assisting with all aspects of opportunity assessment, articulation of value proposition development and solutioning. * Establish and take an essential role in the dialogue of effective customer partnerships through senior executive contacts/networking. * Govern and engage in the delivery of fulfilling our value propositions and performance promises to our clients. * Maintain alignment with client's business strategy, drivers, and goals. * Supporting the continuous refinement of IBM's SAP services, including internal and external marketing, maturation/training of methods, tools, and points of view, as well as integration with IBM's other services and products for synergistic value.
