We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organised Marketing + Community Intern to support the growth of an exciting newly opened boutique fitness and wellness studio in Central London.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced start-up environment, working closely with the Founder to deliver day-to-day marketing activity, content creation, community building and local marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and build a loyal member base.

The Role...
The Marketing & Community Intern will work directly with the Founder to support all marketing, content, and community initiatives across the studio. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same - from capturing in-studio content and writing newsletters, to flyering locally, supporting events, and building influencer relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand at the very beginning of its growth journey and gain real-world experience across marketing, content, partnerships, and community within the boutique fitness industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Social Media + Content Creation:
* Support content planning across Instagram & TikTok, aligned with brand voice and weekly programming.
* Assist with ideation, filming, editing, and posting content, including classes, instructor features, behind-the-scenes, member moments, and wellness content.
* Capture in-studio footage during classes and events.
* Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and story replies.
Influencer + Creator Partnerships:
* Build and maintain a database of relevant micro-influencers, fitness creators, and local talent.
* Coordinate influencer bookings: scheduling classes, managing studio visits, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely content output.
* Support reporting on influencer performance and provide recommendations for future collaborations.
Email Marketing + Copywriting:
* Assist in drafting weekly newsletters and class highlights.
* Gather content and imagery to support email flows (new riders, promotions, community updates).
* Help maintain subscriber lists and CRM tasks.
Local Marketing + Brand Partnerships:
* Support on-the-ground marketing initiatives, including flyering around nearby offices, cafés, gyms, and transport hubs.
* Assist with pop-ups, activations, and community events within the studio space.
* Research local partnership opportunities across fitness, wellness, food & drink, and sustainability.
Community + Events:
* Assist with class launches, themed rides, corporate events, and member initiatives.
* Help coordinate in-studio community touchpoints, ensuring brand standards are met at all times.
General Admin + Reporting:
* Prepare weekly marketing reports for the Founder, summarising growth, reach, performance, and campaign insights.
* Support with ad-hoc marketing and community tasks as required.
* Conduct market research on competitors, partnerships, trends, and micro-influencers.

* Confident using Instagram & TikTok
* Experience using editing apps such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
* Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable interacting with members, instructors, creators, and brand partners.
* Enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment where no two days look the same.
