Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Paddock Wood, Kent
Contract Details: Temporary - 6 months
Salary: Hourly rate from £13 - £16ph
Working Pattern: Part Time, 17.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Officer, you will work closely with the Head of UK HR and the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Handling 2 monthly payrolls for different employee groups
* Utilising the ADP system for both hourly paid and salaried personnel
* Liaising with Payroll bureaus for European employees
* Managing HMRC-related payroll requirements and staying updated on legislative/statutory changes
* Administering employee benefits, such as My Benefits/Bupa Cash plan/Bupa medical/Life assurance/Death in Service and Aviva pension
* Working with salary data providers and utilising the Hay evaluation system for grading employees
* Managing the ADP payroll provider software for various administrative tasks

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Familiarity with ADP software
* HRIS experience
* Knowledge of UK payroll legislation
