What you’ll be doing Supporting children with their learning and development Assisting the class teacher to bring lessons to life Delivering small group sessions Confidence in managing behaviour Supporting children with additional needs What we’re looking for Experience in a school setting Some experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skills A team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staff A calm, patient and supporting approach to learning An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one What you can expect from protocol education Weekly PAYE pay Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares Access to free CPD, including training that helps you grow in SEN support All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
