In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on industrial equipment, coordinating rentals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a dynamic sales environment. Your Focus: Customer Engagement Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering professional advice on technical equipment and services. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads. Sales & Coordination Work closely with sales and operations teams to align customer requirements with available equipment and services. Coordinate internal and external transportation to ensure timely equipment delivery. Prepare, manage, and follow up on rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Technical Support Explain technical specifications and operational processes clearly to clients. Organize and monitor technical inspections of equipment when required. Stay informed about industry developments and innovations to provide up-to-date solutions. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate customer and contract records in ERP systems. Process orders, invoices, and contracts efficiently. Verify and approve supplier invoices in line with rental agreements. Manage equipment inventory and proactively address shortages with suppliers and internal teams. Safety & Compliance Promote and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards. Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during site visits or equipment handling. Actively identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks. Your Profile: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial equipment rental or technical sales. Strong understanding of technical equipment and industrial client needs (oil & gas, petrochemicals, energy). Strong customer focus with a sales-driven mindset. Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Persuasive, proactive, and solution-oriented. Well-organized with strong time-management skills. Able to plan, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Safety-conscious with awareness of environmental impacts.
