This role focuses primarily on the delivery of core subjects, and we welcome applications from candidates with experience or confidence in teaching one or more of these areas. The role focuses on ensuring every child achieves the highest standards of conduct, engagement and progress, while championing targeted teaching and tutoring strategies for students identified as requiring additional intervention within The Key. The successful candidate will work closely with the Alternative Provision and Inclusion teams to support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs, delivering learning to individuals and small groups, including at off-site provision. You will play an important role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting safeguarding and wellbeing, and contributing to the monitoring of pupil progress.
