You will demonstrate: Experience in private practice, consultancy or commercial housebuilding A strong track record in visioning and masterplanning for sites of varying scale Expertise in residential layout design with a commercially astute approach In‑depth knowledge of the Scottish planning system and local authority design guidance A proactive, detail‑driven and professional approach A relevant qualification is essential. A working knowledge of CAD software is required, with Vectorworks and/or SketchUp experience advantageous.
