You will take the lead on all lifting operations across the site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed procedures and industry standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all lifting activities on site
* Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with lifting plans
* Work closely with site teams, including slingers and banksmen
* Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
* Provide updates to site management on progress and any issues
Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a Crane Supervisor on civils or infrastructure projects
* Valid CPCS (or NPORS equivalent) Crane Supervisor ticket
* Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Safety‑critical medical preferred
