Do you have a proven track record as a caseworker delivering gender-specific and trauma-responsive interventions that support the resettlement and rehabilitation of female adults in the criminal justice system, whether in the community or in prisons?
If so, St Giles and the Wise Group are looking for a Women’s Wellbeing Coach to be an integral part of a multi-agency team providing person-centred support, where you will deliver holistic and trauma-informed Women’s services to females on remand or unsentenced.

About this exciting opportunity
As a Women’s Wellbeing Coach, you will provide person-centred support to a caseload of female adults aged 18 and above on remand and unsentenced within Cambridgeshire.
Your role involves conducting Trauma-Informed assessments, developing collaborative action plans with service users, and achieving prescribed outcomes.
You will create a safe, trusting environment using trauma-informed practices, facilitate supportive relationships, and deliver interventions aimed at meeting predetermined targets.
Developing positive relationships with external agencies, working towards contractual targets, and providing updates and reports are essential aspects of the role.
What we are looking for
* Proven experience as a caseworker delivering gender-specific and trauma-responsive interventions supporting female adults in the criminal justice system.
* Experience working with young adults and supporting positive outcomes.
* Ability to engage successfully with challenging individuals, including those with complex needs, reluctance to discuss needs, or anger and confusion. Experience in delivering 1:1 and group coaching solutions, including preparation and delivery of skills and learning.
* Experience working with partner agencies, either as part of a multi-agency team or through negotiations to establish links for project aims.
Please note this role requires an Enhanced Adult Workforce clearance.
Full Time, 35 hours per week (flexible hours) - Part-time or job share applications are welcomed.
Fixed term until 31 March 2027
