Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (24 hrs per week)

Contract: 3-Month Fixed Term
Are you an organised and friendly professional with excellent administrative skills? Our client in Stirling is looking for a part-time Receptionist with a strong admin background to join their team for a 3-month contract, working 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the front desk and providing a warm, professional welcome to visitors and callers.
* Handling switchboard operations and directing calls appropriately.
* Mail management - sorting, distributing, and organising incoming and outgoing mail.
* Diary management - scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
* General administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in reception and switchboard handling.
* Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Personable, social, and outgoing with a professional approach.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems.
