This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured role focused on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring products are inspected, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards. Key Duties: Conduct final inspections of finished products, ensuring colour, finish, and overall quality meet company standards. Accurately pick products from stock for customer orders. Pack products using sustainable materials while maintaining presentation and protection standards. Adapt packaging solutions for bespoke and non-standard products. Prepare shipments and generate courier labels, including FedEx documentation. Update order statuses and track dispatch activity using internal computer systems. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records. Work closely with the Dispatch Team Leader to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
