We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a coastal hotel. This role offers the opportunity to support high food standards in a fine dining à la carte restaurant, along with a busy events operation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards are met
* Maintain stock levels and reduce waste efficiently
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
* Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a CDP in a hotel or restaurant would be preferable.
* Strong understanding of food safety, quality control, and hygiene practices.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* A hands-on, positive attitude with a passion for delivering high standards.
