Your New Role:

We’re looking for a positive, proactive and people-focused Conveyancing Executive to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones – buying and selling their home – with confidence, clarity and care.


This role involves running a complex and diverse case load where you will utilise your considerable experience of running complex and varied transactions whilst dealing with clients enquiries and working closely with clients, colleagues, agents, refers, solicitors and lenders.

You will work closely with the assistants and Paralegals, fostering positive working partnerships that deliver great outcomes for our clients and our team.



What You’ll be Doing:

* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients through listening carefully, communicating clearly and providing reassurance through the conveyancing journey.
* Managing a diverse caseload with professionalism, care and attention to detail including Remortgages, Lease Extensions including serving notice, Transfer of Equities and all sale and purchase transactions to include Freehold, Leasehold, Shared ownership, Right to buy and unregistered properties.
* Taking instructions from clients ensuring all aspects of their transaction are handled efficiently and accurately.
* Raising and responding to enquires promptly and with a solution-focused mindset, including enquiries on the property to include land registry documents, protocol documents, searches, management packs and any other miscellaneous documentation.
* Managing contract exchanges and completions smoothly and effectively.
* Maintaining relationships and working collaborate with estate agents, solicitors, brokers and other professionals to maintain strong relationships and uphold our company’s excellent reputation.
* Reviewing and checking Land Registry documents, title deeds, and contract packs, including unregistered land.
* Preparing and issuing the Final Report to clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported before completion.
* Supporting and mentoring team members where appropriate, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and fun working culture.
* Support with any other duties necessary with the level of responsibility of this role as needed.



What You’ll Bring:

* A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent client service.
* A genuine desire to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
* Proven experience handling complex and varied residential conveyancing transactions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple matters while keeping clients informed and reassured.
* Fully or part CLC or SRA qualified
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
* Commitment to upholding high standards of compliance and integrity.
* A collaborative spirit and willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
* Familiarity with systems like Hoowla, LEAP or Proclaim (desirable)
