BDS are currently working with a well-known Housing Organisation to recruit for a Tenant Liaison Administrator based in Coventry.
The role is to effectively coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Aids and Adaptations for tenants. You will work with multiple stakeholders including customers, contractors and other professionals to ensure the completion of works and interventions.
Your duties will include;
* Being the first point of contact for any additional aids and adaptation requests or enquiries.
* Assisting customers in applying for Disabled Facilities Grants(DFG)via Local Authorities.
* Speaking with customers to assess need for further intervention and support.
* Actively track works through to completion.
* Responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of procedures for inspections, repairs, maintenance and customer consultations.
* Ensure all data is up to date.
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer issues are resolved.
* Raising invoices and processes for Aids and Adaptations.
* Adhoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have a background within housing and knowledge or direct experience working with Aids and Adaptations or assistive technology.
This role is temporary ongoing until at least the end of the year.
Pay rate; £14.78 PAYE or £20.33 UMB
18 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays) Hybrid working can be discussed and confirmed upon completion of training. (Wednesdays must be in the office)
