Hillarys, established over 50 years ago, remains the UK's leading provider of window furnishings solutions. We're growing and seeking more Advisors to join our team. Advisors visit customers at home to advise on and measure for a wide range of products; after manufacturing and delivery, they return to install for a high-quality finish.
If this is new to you, that\'s fine—many of our self-employed Advisors started from similar positions and have gone on to run successful Hillarys businesses with our support. If you have a great personality, are approachable, a good communicator and care about great service, you\'re already halfway there.
We offer Discovery Sessions to learn about being a Hillarys Advisor. You can ask a current Advisor and an Area Manager any relevant questions from the comfort of your home with zero commitment.
What you\'ll do
Work for yourself within a local business model that removes the worries of finding customers. You’ll be involved in advertising, customer service, sales, and the installation process depending on your role and capacity. The Selling/Installation toolkit and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
* Provide product advice and measurements at customers\' homes
* Coordinate installation with Hillarys manufacturing and delivery
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professional presentation
* Manage your own diary and working hours within the flexible model
Qualifications
* Valid UK driving licence to reach customers locally
* Strong communication and service orientation
* Self-motivated, reliable, with a professional appearance
Investment and Training
The program includes training-for-life, local business support, and a comprehensive setup. Investment is £2995 with flexible payment options.
