My Public Sector client in London has a great interim opportunity available to join the HR&OD function as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team in the South East.

With a proven track-record in organisational development at a senior level within the Public Sector or wider regulated organisations. The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience of overseeing learning and development on a large organisation-wide scale. You will be tasked with ensuring the provision of highly effective services that exceed the needs of customers, are best practice and innovative, and which operate in accordance with both statutory requirements and policies and procedures.
Through effective leadership and development of the team you will also drive forward the People and Culture Plan alongside projects on talent management, leadership development and staff survey.
